Coping with the pressure of being the public face of the London 2012 Olympics has placed a strain on British golden girl Jessica Ennis, but the heptathlon gold medallist has revealed she's found walking the dog as the best way to keep the stress at bay.
Pictured in the Daily Mail newspaper with her chocolate Labrador, Ennis has maintained her dog walking routine and has spoken about the calming effect of being able to de-stress through dog walking.
